Change requires change.
For change to happen in our lives, we have to change our outlook on life itself.
Cancer diagnosis is the final warning that change is required. For many, the instinct is to look for a quick fix, but if we don’t alter what brought us to this point in our lives, there is no fix that will have lasting impact.
I have heard from many that this change in outlook is is often so enlightening that it has been the best thing that has happened in their lives. It is hard to grasp at the beginning of such a journey, but once the road has been travelled, it is akin to being at the top of the mountain recalling the journey to the top.
